Employees, contractors, directors and officers of The Winning Seat, its client (e.g., the product or service being promoted) (“Client”), SweepstakesPros (“Judging Agency”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void in Florida and New York and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Sign up for Promotion Event in the Application and wait to see if you are notified by the Application that you have been randomly selected as a potential prize winner for one of more Actions during the Promotion Event.

How to Enter: Sign up for the Event for this Promotion in the Application or the Website and wait to see if you are notified by the Application or the Website that you have been randomly selected as a potential prize winner for one or more Drawings (as defined below) during the Promotion Event. Optionally, you may listen to the broadcast/Event associated with this Promotion.

Prize Drawing: During the Event for this Promotion, the following random drawing with its associated prizes will be offered to Entrants of this Promotion (the “Drawing”). During the Promotion Period you may be randomly selected to receive a Prize Number which will be displayed in the Application or on the Website (your “Assigned Number”). A countdown timer will also be displayed in the Application or on the Website when an Assigned Number is displayed; however, for this Promotion, Entrants do not need to take any action before the countdown timer reaches zero. The quantity of Prize Numbers randomly assigned as Assigned Numbers for the Drawing will be equal to the number of prizes available to win for the Drawing.

Drawing for Prize Pool. During the broadcast/Event associated with this Promotion, the Sponsor will randomly select a number between {{ drawing.min }} and {{ drawing.max }} (the “Random Number”). If the Random Number matches a Prize Number for the prize pool associated with this Drawing, each Entrant with an Assigned Number matching the Random Number will be a winner, subject to validation by the Judging Agency, of the prize with the Prize Number matching the Entrant’s Assigned Number. If the Random Number does not match a Prize Number for the prize pool associated for this Drawing, no winners will be selected for this Drawing.

Actions, Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds: During the Promotion Event prizes will be offered with miscellaneous actions to Entrants that have signed up for the Promotion Event.
